Refund & Returns Policy

At Wongo Creek, we want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

This policy applies to all purchases made via our website: www.wongocreek.com.au

1. Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds for change of mind. However, we may offer an exchange or store credit at our discretion if:

  • The item is unworn, unused, and in original condition

  • Returned within 14 days of receiving your order

  • You provide proof of purchase

Customers are responsible for return postage in change-of-mind cases.

2. Faulty or Incorrect Items

Under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a replacement or refund if the item you receive:

  • Is faulty or damaged

  • Is significantly different from the description

  • Does not perform as advertised

If you believe your item is faulty or incorrect:

  1. Please email us at wongocreek@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving the item.

  2. Include your order number, a brief description, and photos of the issue.

  3. We’ll get back to you promptly with next steps.

In these cases, we will cover the cost of return shipping.

3. Items Not Eligible for Return

We cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Items marked Final Sale, Sale or Introductory Offer

  • Gift cards or vouchers

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered

4. How to Return an Item

If your return is approved:

  • We'll send you instructions for return shipping.

  • Once received and inspected, we'll issue your refund, exchange, or store credit as applicable.

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 3–7 business days.
