5. Delivery Issues & Damaged Items

We take great care in packaging your order to ensure it arrives safely. However, once your order has been handed to the shipping provider, Wongo Creek is not responsible for any loss, damage, or delay caused by the courier or postal service.

All orders are shipped via reputable carriers and include tracking, but:

• We are not liable for items that are damaged in transit

• We are not responsible for parcels lost or delayed once they have been dispatched

If your order arrives damaged, we recommend:

• Taking clear photos of the damage and packaging

• Lodging a claim directly with the shipping provider

We will assist where possible, but Wongo Creek does not guarantee refunds or replacements for goods damaged during shipping unless required under Australian Consumer Law.
